Howard Espravnik has been the general manager of WVCP-FM since September of 1986.  Prior to that he managed a commercial radio station in Virginia, and managed a television studio for an Indiana school system along with teaching broadcasting to high school students.  His background also includes employment at a number of Indiana radio stations.  He holds a B.S. degree from Indiana State University in Radio-Television Education with minors in Speech and Audio-Visual Communications.  His M.S. Degree is in Educational Media from Radford University in Virginia.

James L. Milliner

Chief Engineer, WVCP-FM

James Milliner has worked at Volunteer State Community College since November of 1974.  He is WVCP's Chief Operator/Engineer and holds an FCC First Class Radiotelephone License.  He is also the Volunteer State Community College Plant Engineer.  James is a certified Boiler Operator and works with the VSCC energy management systems.

Holly R. (Harrison) Nimmo

Operations Supervisor, WVCP-FM

Holly Nimmo has been the WVCP-FM Operations Supervisor since November of 1999.  She holds an A.S. Degree in Communication from Volunteer State Community College.  Her Bachelor of Science Degree is from Middle Tennessee State University in Electronic Media Management, with minors in English and Music.  Holly has completed an internship at WSMV, Channel Four in Nashville in the News, Production and Programming Departments.  A good deal of her work at Channel Four was on the program A.M. Nashville.
