By becoming a member of The American Chestnut Foundation, you will automatically be enrolled in the Tennessee Chapter and receive the chapter newsletter The Chestnut Enthusiast. General membership meetings are held once a year, usually in March, and there are periodic meetings in different parts of the state. Please become active in our chapter! We need people to: Look for trees Help in pollination and harvest Provide a farm where we can plant our early generation trees and have them cared for on a daily basis. Help in putting out our chapter newsletter Interview people who remember the chestnut tree before the blight
