Does this remind you of "March of the Wooden Soldiers?"

Stop 5: The Army

Artisans and laborers worked for 36 years to have Qin's wish come to fruition.  They were able to fashion and fire more than 6,000 clay figures.  Archers, infantry, cavalry, field generals, horses, chariots, and more were crafted in the image of Qin's real-life army.  Each figure is different.

There were 100 master craftsmen dedicated to creating the army, but it is believed each craftsman had 100 assistants.  Archaeologists know this because the figures have a name on the bottom of their feet (presumably the artist's name), and only 100 names exist.  The huge scope of the project meant more than 700,000 individuals constructed the burial chamber and multiple warrior pits.
