High School Dual Enrollment - Online

High school juniors or seniors who are enrolled in a home school curriculum and are interested in taking courses at Vol State while still enrolled in high school can apply for admission to this program. The courses in this program are offered only online and allow you to earn college credit while meeting high school graduation requirements.

In order to enroll you will need to do the following:

• Submit an Application for Admission to VSCC
• Submit a $10 nonrefundable application fee
• Provide written approval from your parents/guardians
• Show competency in the specific subject area in which you are interested in enrolling.  If you are registering for only one course you will be required to submit acceptable ACT scores in the specific subject area (scores of 19 or above) for the course you are taking. You may not enroll if you place at the developmental level (below 19) on the ACT in the area for which you wish to enroll.
