Michael Hill to the left and Dwayne Estes to the right of a 57-foot tall American chestnut with a dbh of 14 inches.   Unfortunately it died two summers ago from a combination of the blight and a dry spell  according to the owner.  This tree stands on a hill crest in Giles County.
